Once upon a time, in a cozy bar in by Duke University, a neuroscientist, a salesman, and a designer walked in, each with their own unique set of skills and expertise. As they chatted over drinks, they realized they all had one thing in common: a passion for stress management and improving overall wellbeing.
The neuroscientist had spent years studying the effects of stress on the brain, while the salesman had witnessed firsthand how stress can impact a person's productivity and quality of life. The designer, was fascinated by the idea of creating tools that could help people better understand and manage their stress levels. As they sipped on their drinks and shared stories, the idea for Mood Lab was born.
They wanted to create a community that would empower individuals to take control of their health and wellbeing, by providing accessible science-backed tools and resources for stress management.
